Anne Marie Clow’s artwork has been exhibited in North America, Europe, and Mexico and has been sought for museum, corporate and private collections. Growing up in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, inspired Ann to capture the history and beauty of the area.

In 2005, Clow was honoured by having her artwork exhibited at the Government House in Halifax, NS at the request of Myra A. Freeman (former Lieutenant Governor of NS) where the artist was also awarded a certificate for her contribution to the visual arts community.

Besides painting, Ann is passionate about teaching. She taught art classes at the Yarmouth Jr High School and delivers art course for adults and youth on a regular basis. In 2014, Clow volunteered for the Autism Arts program given by the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia Western Branch.

Artist Statement: I relish cultural activities at home and abroad and find that travelling enriches both my life and my art. Painting in a realist depicting the local scenic landscapes, people and imagery brings me so much joy with endless inspiration.
