Clyde Drew grew up listening to the songs and stories of his people, the Mi'kmaq nation, in and around his home community of Conne River, Newfoundland.Today he translates these stories into sculptural works that convey the beauty, the magic and the powerful imagery of his culture.
Clyde creates a three-dimensional world of spirits and natural forms that have captivated both Canadian and international collectors. His moose antler carvings can be found in private collections and are showcased in galleries and exhibitions throughout the world.
